A Brief Announcement
What's going on?
A temporary restriction on ThunderClan cats and Thunder/Wind she-cats is being implemented.
For how long?
From now until the ratios are more even. So if you want to start making ThunderClanners faster, get making some River or ShadowClan cats!
So... What can't we make?
In terms of the ThunderClan restriction, staff are not accepting any cats, and when ThunderClan is reopened, only toms will be accepted until we have a minimum ofonetwo cats on either side of/equal to the females' current level (13 she-cats, 8 toms).
With WindClan, we're still accepting any rank and any sort, but only tom-cats. Only toms will be accepted until we have a minimum of one cat on either side of/equal to the females' current level (9 she-cats, 3 toms).
More toms in general would be preferred, so if you do intend to make a cat, whether loner, rogue or Clanner, please bear that in mind.
Why?
Well, it wouldn't be fair for ThunderClan to go around outnumbering everyone else, would it? ;). That and there are enough ThunderClan she-cats to make their own Clan, so it's about time the toms put their best foot forward.
UPDATE:
I'm beginning to sound like a prat here, but please, make some toms! All the clans have far more she-cats than toms. And think of it this way: if you want your cat to get a mate eventually, it's going to be far easier if there are actually single toms out there ;). ShadowClan is doing the best in the ratios at the moment: a difference of two is perfectly fine.
A Footnote:
Please, don't try to get around this by having your loners or rogues accepted into the Clan during this time, or by making a bio and leaving it unaccepted until the ban is lifted. And after the ban's over, all we ask is that you try to keep the ratios even :) If you're not sure how we're going, check the character lists. They're updated every time a cat is accepted, so they'll be up to date.
On the other paw, do feel free to keep role-playing your cats as you wish :).
