Experience: I was a staff member on a lot of the sites I'm on, usually as a mod or co-admin(see links below. sadly, many of them have become inactive since school started for everyone.). I've only been RPing for about a year now, starting with this site--I know it's not that long compared to some other people, but please consider. Most of these sites are Warrior based, with some Pokemon. I can help with accepting bios, updating header coder, affiliates, graphic making. I'm not a pro with HTML coding, but I can work with premade codes--just not make one from scratch--, along with side-tables and such.
However, I'm not bad with making graphics(I use Photoshop CS3). I can do banners, siggies, avatars, affiliates, buttons, staff buttons, backgrounds, manipulations, as well as ones with animations, like flashing letters, fading parts, etc. I have made a few skins before--not great, but they weren't glaring or horribly contrasting in color. In between, I suppose.
