Well, I liked in TwilightClan how instead of having 'Warriors' There was hunters, and fighters. And basically, the hunters were kinda looked down upon because they weren't as strong, and their only job was to feed the clan. ^^ Just a suggestion! Also, the hunters were also the healers normally, they had knowledge of herbs, so they really didn't have a medicine cat.
So when are we holding auditions for the high positions?

High positions may be applied for after the new year. And I like that. They could have trainees, Hunters, Fighters, A leader, Leaders assistant. Yeah. |

I think there should be an Heir, too. Like the cat that is chosen beforehand to become the leader after the current one dies/retires. They could be chosen as a kit or just younger and be 'trained' to become leader. It seems kinda plain to just model it exactly the same as a clan's ranking system only with different names.
So the ranks would be: Leader, Right-hand Cat(maybe Lieutenant?), Heir, Fighters, Hunters/semi-Healers, and then Trainees. Plus the kits and--I guess--queens?
Another thing: when is this plot actually going to start? Before the sacrificial one, right after(following Fallen's idea)...? If it's after, will we be starting the other plot after the new year?

Well....You see, I am Flicker, and Flicker is not smart enough to think of such things xD She simply says 'Hey look! I don't have access to the staff board! I should tell Fast...Omg! Isa butterfly! -forgets about staff board-' xD Anyways, now I can see it! ^^

Definitely agree with Echo's idea *Nodnod* The heir sounds like a great position ^^ Maybe we could make up a language for them? Well, made-up words :P. Like... rienda (ree-ine as in 'terpentine' -da) for Twolegs or something ^^ *Is excited about the idea of randomly making up language XD*.
And if we're going for a more tribal, 'uncivilised' kind of gang, maybe the she-cats' only purpose is to have kits, and part of their opposition to the clans is that they see she-cats as equals. Or even the reverse XD. Big tough she-cats, anyone?

Okay I feel like I'm just butting in on this, but I think "Leader's Assiant" isn't that creative of a name, so Heir would be better. RAWR, SHE-CATZZ! But I don't think that the sh-cat should be tough, cuz then wat would be the perpose of toms? be annoying and get in the way? But I think the whole she-cat thingie is kool  We could call Twolegs summthin dumb and un-creative like Buff-Skins, Giants ( xD ), summthin that we an all say xD Cuz frankly I can't even start to pronuance rienda..... Well then again I'm not that smart....Anway, diz all sounds kewl

I was thinking the Right-hand cat and the Heir should be different things instead of having it like a clan with the deputy being the immediate successor. But Feath is right about Leader's Assistant being a boring name. Maybe they could be called Lieutenant or Advisor...?
