His muzzle and ears are slightly longer than usual, and his tail is very thick. The end of his tail is black with a white tip. He is very skinny and long-legged. If you see him far away, he sometimes looks like a fox, until you blink and realize that he's definitely too small and his muzzle and ears are too short to belong to a fox., and the odd eyes give him away to any cat who has seen him before.

Personality:

Foxtail is a very brave, yet odd cat. He can't stand to be left alone in camp, yet will wander off in the middle of the night to walk the forest. Even after living in ShadowClan all his life, he hates the feel of all the pine needles and often climbs in the trees too get around and will randomly drop down in front of any cat he wants to talk to, whether enemy or friend. In battle he relies on his wits, cunning, and speed to win, though his muscles are strong from the tree climbing and constant roaming around the territory. When he's just around friends, he will sit back and listen to whatever they are talking about, unless they mention something he can't resist adding on. When around his leader and deputy, he is just as calm, but more open to conversation.

History:

Foxtail was born into a litter of three kits, but his mother and sisters died when he was only five moons old. Though he was very close to them, he didn't let greif dampen his training when he became an apprentice a moon later. He tried his hardest and succeeded on almost everything his mentor showed him. At 8 moons old, he tried to leave the clan, embarrassed by his foxlike looks. Several times, other apprentices had tackled him and called him a fox then ran off laughing about it. He'd been sick of the namecalling and the needles pricking his paws, so he took to the trees. Little did he know, he never really left ShadowClan. Less than three days after trying to run away, he went back to camp to find half the warriors gone, out looking for him. From then on he promised himself that he would never again leave the clan because of stupid things like being called names. He recieved the name Foxtail with pride, though a couple moons late as punishment for causing the clan so much trouble looking for him.
