Eaglesong is rigidly loyal, following the rules no matter what, and a strong upholder of tradition. However, she has a fairly... Strong temper that can sometimes get the better of her. When it does, look out- This she-cat is no weak fighter. She couldn't possible care less about any sort of love life. To her, it's simply a distraction from duty and honor. Of course, that doesn't mean she doesn't have a kind side, either. The silver tabby is exceedingly gentle with kits and highly understanding- Unless the subject happens to be kittypets, other Clan cats, rogues, or loners... Her ambition, if measured in length, would stretch far beyond the line of eyesight- Leadership is clearly where she links she should end up, position-wise. When caught in an awkward situation, she'll often just ignore it, go temporarily deaf, or turn snappish and tense. Talking needlessly is something she will never do. If she does, then it's quite possible you've got the wrong cat. Eaglesong has little patience for ignorance or squeamishness- She likes to get things done efficiently and without delay.History:
Eaglesong was born and raised a a Clan cat. Her parents, Kestrelnose and Mossclaw, were also Clanborn. She had two littermates who died at the age of three moons- However, Eaglesong was the weakest and it was expected she would not survive to eight moons. When an apprentice, she attempted to repel a rival Clan on her own, thus recieving the scar on her paw, not to mention a hearty punishment. SHe rather resented her mentor, Fallingstone. To her mind, it seemed that he always treated her like a kit, much to her annoyance. ...To Fallingstone, Eaglesong (Or Eaglepaw, then) was insolent, impatient, and snappish, all of which were most likely true. The rest of her aprrentice-ship went smoothly. When she was announced at the Gathering as a new aprrentice, she ducked her head and refused to acknowledge the other Clans, far too embarrassed to do so. Fallingstone was probably more embarrassed that his apprentice was so rude at a Gathering, however. The exact opposite happened when she was announced as a warrior- She nearly jumped out of a sitting position, smiling triumphantly. As a warrior she proved herself to be very loyal, brave and intelligent, much to Fallingstone's delight. She was -And is- often the first to head out of camp for the dawn patrol, or any patrol, at that matter, and is an excellent hunter.RP Example:
The silver she-cat sniffed the brisk air warily, green eyes narrowing. She unsheathed her claws slowly, fangs glinting in the moonlight. "Stupid dogs..." she mumbled to herself. Suddenly she shook herself, relaxing. You're far too jumpy, Eaglesong. Anyone would think there was a ShadowClan cat at your throat!, she berated herself. A deep growl echoed in the underbrush behind her and she whirled around. Two maniacal red eyes glinted dully and yellow teeth parted in a savage snarl. Hissing infuriatedly, Eaglesong sprang at the dog, the fur on her back pricking. Why couldn't I smell it?! The dog yelped as she ran her claws across its nose and its collar jangled loud enough to scare the prey for miles around. It recovered itself and lunged back towards the small silver cat standing defiantly before it, clamping its jaws around her back. The she-cat snarled in surprise and attempted to twist around, claws flailing wildly. One paw caught the dog across the eye and it promptly dropped her, backing away and shaking its head. Suddenly a Twoleg yowled and the dog turned, which gave Eaglesong time to latch her fangs around her opponent's hind leg. The dog howled and kicked her away. The Twoleg yowled again and the dog raced towards it, leaving a thin trail of blood. The cat's eyes shone victoriously, and she bent her head back to lick at the wounds on her back. Yes, run, you mangy furball... Limping slightly, but nonetheless attempting at a strut, she trotted back into the underbrush towards RiverClan's camp. The leader can't deny this wasn't an act that a deputy couldn't perform!Cats you RP: 1
