This would be a game for people who arnt very good with role-playing but still would like to have fun. It could keep track of things like:
•Leaders lives
•Battles won/lost
•Clan Statistics
•Clan Food
•Map
•Members
•Mentors/apprentices
•Activity/Innactivity
•Seasons
•Possibly Plots?
The forum would still be here for people who prefer to write and it would also be to communicate better. Also there the option of including some way of chatting on the game.
As far as i know i believe fast(redstar/head admin) CAN make it but it would cost money and, as he said, Money also towards the authors of Warrior Cats. He also said you cant make databases on these forums. I suggested he just put a link to get to the game from the forum.
Ember on the Cbox said that you can host flash games for free on Kongregate. Im not sure if thats true.
Questions/comments/ideas?

It sounds pretty cool :) I'd love to help with coding it or sommat, if we used JavaScript *Needs JS practice*.
Oooh, a flash game would be cool! ^^ Involves using Flash or similar software... Actually, does anyone know what else is used to make flash games, or is Adobe currently holding the monopoly? XD
Just curious: would what happened in the game be separate from what happens here, or would it be... combined somehow?

Well i'd assume it could be combined but the forum could have a more diverse plot compared to the game.

Here's the thing. It takes more than javascript to generate it. You need php, SQL databases, and these forums don't support it. We can't do the whole idea, but he can try parts of it.  |

Hey guys... Too much pain. I had to post this as a Guest, srry >.< Anyways, I know a few people who are really good at making Flash games, but I agree with the thing about JavaScript being better. Actually I play in an online RPG game that I believe runs on one of the two. Making a game with that would be awesome, however, it would suck for users with slow computers. You would really have to E-Mail the creator about it, though. Here is a Link to the thingy if you wanna check it out.The graphics are actually quite good, to tell the truth. xD |

Now a game like that would be way to complicated. It is backed by a huge company called Jagex, and they made their one coding language called RuneScript to write the game. It would be way too complicated. I can imagine a type of game to do, I'll have to tell you guys the ideas. |

WEll, but like i said it wouldnt have to be on THIS forum (because obviously we cant make it on this forum) it could be on another website with a link to the game on the forum. I'm pretty sure thats possible.

Well what we can do on this forum is have a huge javascript code, and you input stuff in one area in the headers/footers and it will display wherever we need it. |

(I think, to stop the code being stolen by people who only look at the obvious stuff -'cause it's not that good a defence- we should host the bulk of the code externally. Also, because the code would be so long, it'd be annoying to scroll through if you just wanted to edit the header info ^^;)

Well we could make it like a ProBoards hack and make it like a hack manager. So you would click on which header/footer you would want to modify, and when you did that, it would just add it onto the global code.

Okay then, but what about when you updated headers/footers? wouldnt that be a pretty big code to have to scroll through just to update something.
